Other Deployment Options for High Interactivity


This topic describes additional browser deployment settings and issues for high interactivity. For information about using cookies with Siebel Business Applications, see Siebel Security Guide. NOTE:  Settings that are described in this topic are optional in most cases. The applicability of these topics varies according to your overall deployment environment.

Disabling Script Debugging

Script debugging is typically automatically enabled by Microsoft Visual Studio products. To improve performance of the Web browser for use with Siebel Business Applications, you must disable script debugging in the Internet Explorer browser.

To disable script debugging

  1. From the Internet Explorer Tools menu, select Internet Options.
  2. Click the Advanced tab.
  3. Under Browsing, check Disable Script Debugging.
  4. Click OK.
