Errors Encountered While Processing Events

Any error encountered while processing events never results in the termination of the Communications Inbound Receiver component. All errors are logged and email messages are sent for the following conditions:

• An event deletion failure.
• A workflow error.
• An event that is in-process during two abnormal Communications Inbound Receiver terminations.
• An event that causes two workflow errors.
• An event that causes one workflow error and is in-process during an abnormal Communications Inbound Receiver termination.
