Reviewing Payees and Payments
Call center agents can review the list of payees that the customer selects and the scheduled payments. To review the payees for a contact
- In Siebel Finance, navigate to the Contacts screen, then the Contacts List view.
- In the visibility filter, select All Contacts.
- In the Contacts list, select a contact.
- Click the hyperlink in the Last Name field.
- Click the Bill Payment view tab.
- Click the Payees or the Payments Scheduled link.
You can view payments scheduled as a list or chart.
