Transferring Money Into or Out of Accounts


A user can use a pop-up applet to select a financial institution to transfer funds into and out of. The default behavior displays the identical list of financial institutions for both transfer money in and out operations.

After accounts are established for the financial institutions that money transfers to or from, customers can request a funds transfer into or out of their account with the host institution.

To transfer funds into or out of an account

  1. In the Siebel eBanking Web site or the Siebel eBrokerage Web site, click the Transfers tab.
  2. Click the Transfer Money In hyperlink or Transfer Money Out hyperlink.

    The Transfer Money In or Transfer Money Out applet appears.

  3. Click the select button in the Transfer From Account or Transfer To Account field.

    The Account Information dialog box appears.

  4. Select an account from the list.
  5. If the account that you want to use for transferring funds is not listed in the Account Information dialog box, then complete the following steps:
    1. Click New to add the account.
    2. Complete the fields, and click Submit.

      The Account Information dialog box appears with the new account added to the list.

    3. Select an account from the list.

      The Transfer Money In or Transfer Money Out applet appears with the selected account in the Transfer From Account field or Transfer To Account field.

  6. Complete the remaining fields, and click Save.

    A service request is submitted for the funds transfer.
