Viewing Information About Providers

Customers can view information about providers.

To view information about providers

1. In the Customer Services applet of the Siebel Insurance eService Web site, click the View Personal Policies hyperlink.

   If the link is not visible, then see Creating Responsibilities for Siebel Insurance eService.

2. In the Personal Policies / Quotes applet, click the hyperlink in the Policy number (#) / Quote number (#) field for the policy record with Health Quote in the Type field.
3. In the All Benefits for My Household applet, click the hyperlink in the Primary Care Provider field.

   The Provider Profile applet appears with information about the provider.
