Contents of the IStream Writer Installation Package

The IStream Writer Installation Package contains the following files and folders:

1. IStream DM 6.2 Updates for Writer

This folder contains the files required to update IStream Document Manager 6.2 to work with Writer 1.3.

2. Manuals

This folder contains the PDF documentation files. You will need Adobe Acrobat Reader to view these files. You can download the free Acrobat Reader from www.adobe.com.

3. Microsoft .NET Framework 2.0

This folder contains the files required to install Microsoft .NET Framework 2.0, which IStream Writer requires.

4. Writer Install

This folder contains the installation software for IStream Writer.

Run setup.exe to install IStream Writer. For detailed installation instructions, see the IStream Writer Administrator’s Guide.

5. IStream_Writer_1.3_Release_Notes.pdf

The Release Notes contain general product information, product enhancements and new features, supported platforms and third-party software, assorted considerations, and known issues and limitations.
