This appendix contains the following topics:
This section discusses the JD Edwards EnterpriseOne Capital Asset Management workflows.
This section discusses the Work Order Activity Rules workflow.
The system calls the workflow WOACTRULES when adding a work order or changing the status of a work order. The system sends approval messages for status changes based on the approval type, work order type, and estimated amount. WOACTRULES will determine the available next status (es) for the order type.
Adding a work order or changing the estimated amount or status on a work order.
The system sends an approval message to a user-defined distribution list. The status is not changed until the change has been approved.

This section discusses the WM Document Type workflow.
WMTYPE is a part of the WOACTRULES workflow process. WOACTRULES calls WMTYPE process when the work order document type is for maintenance; the code is WM in the 00/DT UDC table.WMTYPE determines the type of work order to process. Depending on whether the work order type is 1 or 6, WMTYPE calls WMTYPE1 or WMTYPE6 workflow process.
WOACTRULES workflow triggers WMTYPE workflow when the work order document type is WM.
WMTYPE processes type 1 or type 6 work order type.
This section discusses the WM Type Code 1.
WMTYPE1 is a part of the WOACTRULES workflow process. WMTYPE calls WMTYPE1 process when the work order type is 1 for one time maintenance work. WMTYPE1 determines the approval type to process. Depending on whether the approval type is 1 or 2, WMTYPE1 calls WM1APP1 or WM1APP2 workflow process.
WMTYPE workflow triggers WMTYPE1 workflow when the work order type is 1.
WMTYPE1 determines whether the approval type is 1 or 2 and calls WM1APP1 or WM1APP2 workflow.
This section discusses the WM Type Code 6 workflow.
WMTYPE6 is a part of the WOACTRULES workflow process. WMTYPE calls WMTYPE6 process when the work order type is 6 for scheduled and recurring maintenance work.
WMTYPE workflow triggers WMTYPE6 workflow when the work order type is 1.
The system does not process action with this workflow.
This section discusses the WM Type 1 Approval Type 1 workflow.
WM1APP1 is a part of the WOACTRULES workflow process. WMTYPE1 calls WM1APP1 process when the approval route is 1. WM1APP1 determines the distribution list to send the work order approval based on the status of the work order. WM1APP1 advances the status to approved and allows for further advancement of statuses.
WMTYPE1 workflow triggers WM1APP1 workflow when the work order approval route is 1.
If work order status = M or M*, the system sends an approval message to the distribution list (M= 7405, M* = 7384). Once approved, the system advances the status to approved and allows for further advancement of statuses. If work order status is not equal to M or M*, then no approval action is required and the status is advanced.
This section discusses the WM Type 1 Approval Type 2 workflow.
WM1APP2 is a part of the WOACTRULES workflow process. WMTYPE1 calls WM1APP2 process when the approval route is 2.
WM1APP2 determines the distribution list to send the work order approval based on the status of the work order. WM1APP2 advances the status to approved and allows for further advancement of statuses.
WMTYPE1 workflow triggers WM1APP2 workflow when the work order approval route is 2.
If work order status = M*, the system sends an approval message to the distribution list 7384. Once approved, the system advances the status to approved and allows for further advancement of statuses. If work order status is not equal to M*, then no approval action is required and the status is advanced.
