This diagram illustrates the JD Edwards EnterpriseOne Homebuilder Management business process. First, you set up areas, communities, phases, and lots. Second, you set up plans, elevations, and options. Then you decide whether to create takeoffs or bids. For takeoffs, you set up items and material item pricing records. For bids, you set up bid master detail records. For both takeoffs and bids, you assign a supplier to the areas. Then you determine if there is a buyer. If there is a buyer, you process the sale, generate the lot start workfile, generate commitments (both during and independent of the Lot Start process) and create vouchers. If there is not a buyer, you generate the lot start workfile, generate commitments (both during and independent of the Lot Start process) and create vouchers.
