This graphic illustrates the NFe and DANFe transmission process. The company sends the NFe to the Secretaria Fazenda. The Secretaria Fazenda validates the NFe by checking the digital signature, the XML schema, the authorized emitter, and the receiver. When the Secretaria Fazenda finds out that the NFe is validated, then the Secretaria Fazenda returns the NFe use authorization to the company. Then the company sends the authorized transit (DANFe and use authorization) to the customer. The Secretaria Fazenda performs control by post-validating with the customer the data coherency and cross data validation.
