 A dealer or authorized service provider performs work that is covered under a manufacturer's warranty. Inbound Warranty Claim Parts Detail Processing (R173111Z2I) processes the parts detail of incoming flat file claims that are sent in from dealers.  A dealer or authorized service provider performs work that is covered under a manufacturer's warranty. Use Inbound Warranty Claims Processing (R174801Z2I) to receive flat file claims that are sent in from dealers.
