An attribute holds a property value, which is compatible with the type and
constraints imposed by the attribute definition. The sensitivity level is
a security feature. As part of the access control model, the sensitivity
level for each attribute of an entity effectively partitions the attributes
of the entity into equivalence sets. The user can manage the access
privileges for each partition of attributes from the ACL for the entity.
Returns the value of the attribute for the given AttributeApplication.
