This figure shows the Self-Care Manager system architecture. On the left, a customer reads a Web page and enters data in forms. The Servlet receives the data, parses the data into the appropriate operations, and sends the operations to the Business Application System beans. The Business Application System beans communicates with Connection Manager to carry out the operations. It returns the results of the operations to the server. The server in turn translates the results and provides the results to the customer in the appropriate format.
