This figure shows the Online Payment page. At the top of the window you have links to access the account information, invoice, account activity, products, and Online payment audit information for the selected account. The Name or Address Information block shows a drop-down list for Bill, entry fields for Name, Address, City, State, Zip and Country. The Credit Card Information section contains input fields for amount, credit card number, expiration date, and security id for the credit card. Once you have made the selections, you click the Submit button or choose the Reset button to redo the input values. To the right, there is a logout and exit link.
