The DM tier runs the database DM, Account Sync DM, Provisioning DM, XML provisioning payload, and the third-party provisioning system. The database tier includes the BRM database. Pipeline Manager receives unrated CDR files, rates them, and sends events to the BRM database via Rated Event Loader.
