Interface javax.ejb.Handle
- public interface interface Handle
The Handle interface is implemented by all EJB object handles. A handle
is an abstraction of a network reference to an EJB object. A handle is
intended to be used as a "robust" persistent reference to an EJB object.
The implementation class for the handle (typically provided by the
container) must be java.io.Serializable to allow the client to serialize
a handle object.
-
getEJBObject()
- Obtain the EJB object represented by this handle.
getEJBObject
public abstract EJBObject getEJBObject() throws RemoteException
- Obtain the EJB object represented by this handle.
- Throws: RemoteException
- The EJB object could not be obtained
because of a system-level failure.
