As of MySQL 9.2.1, the boolean flag used has
been replaced with an integer flag usedCounter
in the
option_tracker_usage_get()
and
option_tracker_usage_set()
functions. The counter is incremented in real-time and persisted
to storage every hour.
The option_tracker_usage_get() function
returns a value similar to the following:
mysql> SELECT option_tracker_usage_get('Berry Picker');

The option_tracker_usage_set() function
accepts JSON-formatted string similar to the following for the
usage_data argument:
