You are receiving a copy of the Hibernate library in both source and object code in the following folder:[MEM Server install dir]/apache-tomcat/webapps/ROOT/WEB-INF/lib/. The terms of the Oracle license do NOT apply to the Hibernate library; it is licensed under the following license, separately from the Oracle programs you receive. If you do not wish to install this library, you may remove the files after installation, such as in the following example executed in the [MEM Server install directory], but the Oracle program might not operate properly or at all without the library:

$ rm apache-tomcat/webapps/ROOT/WEB-INF/lib/hibernate-core-x.y.Final.jar
$ rm licenses/lgpl/hibernate-core-x.y.Final.jar

where x.y is the Hibernate version number.
