You are receiving a copy of the JCommon library in both source and object code in the following folder: [MEM Server install dir]/apache-tomcat/webapps/ROOT/WEB-INF/lib/. The terms of the Oracle license do NOT apply to the JCommon library; it is licensed under the following license, separately from the Oracle programs you receive. If you do not wish to install this library, you may remove the files after installation, such as in the following example executed in [MEM Server install dir], but the Oracle program might not operate properly or at all without the library:

$ rm apache-tomcat/webapps/ROOT/WEB-INF/lib/jcommon-x.y.jar
$ rm licenses/jcommon-x.y-LICENSE
$ rm licenses/lgpl/jcommon-x.y-src.zip

where x.y is the JCOmmon version number.
