MySQL Installer Release Notes
A release that was used with the MySQL Server 5.5.38/5.5.39/5.5.40 and 5.6.19/5.6.20 releases.
The upgrade process required an Internet connection, even with the Skip the check for updates option checked. (Bug #18494397, Bug #72176)
