Oracle Mail

Logging In to Oracle WebMail

With Oracle WebMail, you can send and receive e-mail messages, set message priority, filter your incoming messages, save a composed message as a draft or template, check your spelling, and add or remove attachments. You can also access your contacts list and the corporate address book, share your contacts, subscribe to public distribution lists, and create your own private distribution lists. If your company is using Oracle Voicemail & Fax, you can use Oracle WebMail to set your preferences for how faxes and voice mail messages should be delivered to you.

  1. Enter the Oracle WebMail URL in the address field of your browser. You can set the Oracle WebMail URL as a bookmark or make it your home page using your browser's preferences.
  2. Enter your Oracle Collaboration Suite user name and password.
  3. Click Login. The Oracle Collaboration Suite Welcome page is displayed. After you log in to Oracle WebMail, you can access other Oracle Collaboration Suite applications, such as Oracle Calendar, without logging in again.
