If you have ZoneAlarm firewall software installed on your computer, you must configure it to allow Oracle Drive to work properly with it. By default, ZoneAlarm blocks access to Oracle Drive remote servers. To allow Oracle Drive to access a remote server, you must add the remote server's host name to the list of permitted servers in ZoneAlarm. The host name is the name of the Oracle Drive remote server that you connect to (for example, myserver.mycompany.com). Refer to the ZoneAlarm documentation for information on adding the host name to the list of servers in the ZoneAlarm trusted zone.

Reducing the refresh interval to 15 minutes or 1 hour also helps to eliminate this problem. See the Oracle Drive help for the steps to adjust the refresh interval.
