NAME
er_vtunify - command process raw MPI VampirTrace data into
OTF format
SYNOPSIS
er_vtunify #-of-files in-prefix[ options ] infile
DESCRIPTION
The er_vtunify command reads raw VampirTrace output in an
MPI experiment, and converts it to an OTF form for further
post-processing.
If invoked with no arguments, a usage message will be
printed.
#-of-files gives the number of trace files.
in-prefix gives the prefix for the trace files.
OPTIONS
If invoked with no arguments, print a usage message and exit
-o out-prefix
Prefix to use in front of the output file. If not
specified, or if it matches in-prefix, u_ will be used.
-c [on|off]
Compress the OTF output file; default is on.
-k Keep the input trace files.
-v Print verbose output to aid in debugging.
