How to Verify the Installation and Configuration of Alliance Access

This procedure does not verify that your application is highly available because you have not yet installed your data service.

  1. Log in as user all_adm into the node or zone where the swift-rg resource group is online. Ensure that you can display X11 clients. The profile of user all_adm starts the GUI automatically.
  2. Start the Alliance Access application.
    1. Within the GUI, select Alliance and Start Alliance Servers.
    2. Verify that the Alliance Access instance started.
  3. Stop the Alliance Access application.
    1. Within the GUI, select Alliance and Stop Alliance Servers.
    2. Verify that the Alliance Access instance stopped.
