Shows the Fall Patient Details at the Day sample report. This report includes an area to select Patient Age Group and Ambulatory Aid, and a Go button.

The report also shows two pie charts: Patient (Fall Case)s by Age Group and Patients by Ambulatory Aid. The by age chart includes a pie picture of counts by age showing ranges: 0-10, 11-20, 21-30, 31-40, 41-50, 51-60, 61-70, and other. The by Ambulatory Aid shows two parts, small, WHEEL_CHAIR, and large, "other".

This report also shows a table with columns: Day Code, Patient Name, Patient Age Group, Falls, and Outlier Indicator. This table includes sample values for two days, and a total of 16 patients with falls.
