The ChorusOS 5.0 installation information is now organized as follows:
Part 1: Installing on the host (README information), setting up boot services.
Part 2: Building and booting the ChorusOS operating system.
This part contains information that was previously in the ChorusOS 4.0 (and 4.0.1) Target Family Guides.
This book replaces, updates, and expands the ChorusOS 4.0 Migration Guide.
This book replaces and expands the ChorusOS 4.0 Introduction.
This book partly replaces the ChorusOS 4.0 Programming Overview. It also covers information formerly in the ChorusOS 4.0 Introduction, ChorusOS 4.0 Networking Guide, and ChorusOS 4.0 Hot Restart Programmer's Guide.
This book covers information formerly in the ChorusOS 4.0 Porting Guide and in the ChorusOS 4.0 Device Driver Framework.
This book covers information formerly in the ChorusOS 4.0 Networking Guide and in the ChorusOS 4.0 File System Guide.
This book replaces, updates, and expands the ChorusOS 4.0 Production Guide.
Installation procedures and examples are no longer to be found in these books. These can be found in the ChorusOS 5.0 Installation Guide.
ChorusOS 4.0 and 4.0.1 calls that were described in Man Pages Section 2SEG: Virtual Memory Segment Services are no longer implemented, therefore they are no longer documented.
