scnrm2 Return the Euclidian norm of a vector x where x is an
n-vector.
N (input)
On entry, N specifies the number of elements in
the vector. N must be at least one for the sub-
routine to have any visible effect. Unchanged on
exit.
X (input)
( 1 + ( n - 1 )*abs( INCX ) ). On entry, the
incremented array X must contain the vector x.
Unchanged on exit.
INCX (input)
On entry, INCX specifies the increment for the
elements of X. If INCX < 1 then SCNRM2 returns 0.
Unchanged on exit.
