Catch Floating Point Exceptions

To catch only specific floating-point exceptions, for example, IEEE underflow:

(dbx) ignore FPE 
             # turn off default handler 
(dbx) help signals | grep FPE
  # can't remember the subcode name
...
(dbx) stop sig fpe FPE_FLTUND
...
