Runtime Diagnostic Information

Certain Sun MPI environment variables cause extra diagnostic information to be printed out at run time:

% setenv MPI_PRINTENV 1
% setenv MPI_SHOW_INTERFACES 3
% setenv MPI_SHOW_ERRORS 1
