Failed Power Supply Causes Black Splat to Display in Place of Power Supply Table (4844612)

If one of the power supplies in Sun Fire^TM 6800/4810/4800/3800 systems fails, the loss of power causes the Platform Administration Module to cease displaying any of the power supplies. A black splat is displayed in place of the Power Supply table. The Hardware Physical and Logical Views display only the system controller and fan trays. The remaining components, such as system boards and power supplies, cease to be displayed.

Workaround: To correct the problem, replace the failed power supply.
