Sun Management Center 3.5 Update 1 Supplement Issue

“Support for New Hardware Products” Section

The “Support for New Hardware Products” section in the Sun Management Center 3.5 Update 1 Supplement (Chapter 1, page 10) had incomplete information. The UltraSPARC® IV CPU board support applies to the Sun Fire 6800/4800, Sun Fire V1280, and Netra 1280 systems. If you install the UltraSPARC IV CPU/Memory board upgrade in a Sun Fire V1280 or Netra 1280 system, you must install the following:

“Upgrade Path 3.5 to 3.5 Update 1” Section

This information was omitted from the “Upgrade Path from 3.5 to 3.5 Update 1” section in the Sun Management Center 3.5 Update 1 Supplement: When you upgrade to Sun Management Center 3.5 Update 1 from Sun Management Center 3.5, the installation wizard launches the uninstallation wizard automatically.
