ProcedureHow to Start a ttymon Port Monitor

  1. Become superuser or assume an equivalent role.

    Roles contain authorizations and privileged commands. For more information about roles, see Configuring RBAC (Task Map) in System Administration Guide: Security Services.

  2. Start a killed ttymon port monitor.


    # sacadm -s -p mbmon
    -s

    Specifies the start port monitor status flag.

    -p

    Specifies the pmtag mbmon as the port monitor tag.
