Specifies the rewrite style used in Header rewrite of "From:", "To:", and "Cc:".
Possible values include:
never: never rewrite
none: only rewrite if address is exposed (local part with no domain)
quoted: use form "User name" <user@domain>
comment: use form user@domain "User name"
