Netscape Messaging Server
Definition
Used by the Messaging Server to manage mailing lists. Identifies a mailing address to send error messages to for notification of mail delivery problems (for example, bounced mails, mailing group members lacking a mailing address). If no instances of this attribute exists on the mailGroup entry, then error messages will return to the original (envelope) mail sender.
The Messaging Server expects this attribute to contain either a distinguished name or an rfc822address. If a distinguished name is used, it must represent a mailable entry or entries of type group or groupOfUniqueNames. The distinguished name must be represented in the form of a LDAP URL as described in RFC1959,
