Definition
The server uses this attribute to distinguish system indexes from user- specified indexes.
Indexes the server always maintains and indexes required for efficient functioning of the server have the value of "true".
User-specified indexes have the value of "false" (unless the server also maintains this index internally, in which case it may have the value of "true").
