JavaScript Error When Configuring a Provisionable Server

While configuring a provisionable server, if you wait more than two hours on the dialog page before attempting to select an image for that server, you are taken to a new page to log in. After logging in, you will see a JavaScript^TM error. Close the dialog page and reopen it. (4849700)
