Software Usage Monitoring Overview

Software usage monitoring is a new product offered with the Solstice AdminSuite 2.3 product. Software usage monitoring is a compilation of software programs that enable you to monitor software usage across your network servers and clients.

Tracking software usage enables you to tell which programs are used the most and the least, thus simplifying the system administration of your computer network. For example, some software may be heavily used and need more licenses while other software might not be used at all and could be removed from the computer network.
