Internationalization Issues

This section describes known issues when running the Sun Java System Web Server Plug-In in locales.

Administration Server Installation Fails in Some European Locales (6255175)

When you attempt to install the Administration Server in the French, German, and Spanish locales, an error message similar to the following appears:

Problems encountered during plan run or preflight
 
The plan (or preflight) "/com/sun/jes6_WS/InstallWebAdminServer" finished
with 1 failed host(s). (017034)
 
The execNative step failed because the exit status "0" of the command
did not match "75" for the command "sh". (017068)

Workaround: To successfully install the Administration Server using the provisioning system in European locales, on the server on which you want to install the Administration Server run the Remote Agent in the C locale.
