Configuring SCS

In SAP version 6.40, the two ways to configure SAP Central Services (SCS) are:

• Standalone Enqueue Server – The enqueue server can start and stop independent of the message server.

• Combined SCS – In this scenario, the enqueue server and the message server are started and stopped together.

To Create a Standalone SCS

Steps

1. Create a group component.

To Create a Combined SCS
