Provisioning Solaris and Linux Operating Systems With the JumpStart Enterprise Toolkit Fails in Non-English Locales (6416906)

If you use the JumpStart Enterprise Toolkit (JET) to provision the Solaris, RedHat Linux, or SuSe Linux OS in an N1 SPS environment in which all the systems are running a non-English locale, the provisioning fails. This problem occurs because the make_client utility requires English text strings to set the netmask of the target host.

Workaround: For all systems in your N1 SPS environment, set the C locale as the default locale, then reinstall the target host.
