Delete Run History

By assigning Delete Run History permission to a user group, members of the user group will be able to delete the run histories of plans that are run on specific host sets. To delete a run history, a user group must have permission to delete the run history on every host set that the plan was run on.

For example, when a plan is run against two host sets, the run history is owned by both host sets. You must have permission to delete run histories from both host sets. If you have permission to delete run histories from one host set but not the other, the run history cannot be deleted.

Since a user group can only be assigned permissions on a single host set, you can create a new host set that contains all the hosts and host sets for which the user group needs permission.
