Calendar Server Does Not Expire LDAP Cache Data

Limitation: (Also bug number 4777792) Cache can fill up, causing errors. Calendar Server does not expire the LDAP cache data.

Workaround: Periodically remove contents of file. Then restart Calendar Server.
