(optional) If set to true, and if availability is enabled for the Application Server instance (see availability-service), high-availability is enabled for the Message Queue cluster associated with the Application Server cluster. All instances in an Application Server cluster should have the same availability settings to ensure consistent behavior.

(optional) Specifies the jndi-name of the jdbc-resource used for connections to the HADB for the Message Queue cluster. Applicable if HADB is installed and you have selected the enterprise profile.
