Database Migration Issues While Upgrading from Sun MC 3.6.1 to 4.0 (6601078)

Starting the Java Console after migration of server from Sun MC 3.6.1 to Sun MC 4.0 fails. The following error message is displayed:

Unable to load console info

Workaround: Type the following commands:

# es-stop -A

# es-start -A
