The mlib_SignalALaw2Linear() function performs ITU G.711 m-law and A-law compression and decompression in compliance with the ITU (Former CCITT) G.711 specification.
The function takes the following arguments:
Linear PCM sample array.
A-law code array.
Number of samples in the source array.
The function returns MLIB_SUCCESS if successful. Otherwise it returns MLIB_FAILURE.
