Restarting the Server Windows
You can restart the server by using the Services Control Panel or by
completing the following task.
To Restart the Server on Windows

Use Control Panel > Administrative Tools > Services >

Select Sun Java System Web Proxy Server 4.0 (proxy-serverid) from the list of services.

Change the Startup type to Automatic in the Properties window.
Your system will start the server each time the computer starts or reboots.

Click OK.
