GMT Zoneinfo Timezones

The /usr/share/lib/zoneinfo/GMT[+-]* timezones may no longer be supported in a future release. These files may be removed from /usr/share/lib/zoneinfo. Replace usage of the zoneinfo timezones with the equivalent Etc/GMT[-+]* file. See zoneinfo(4) and environ(5) for more information.
