[日本語環境のみ] セクション 3x の日本語マニュアルページが表示されない (バグ ID: 4274297)

セクション 3x の日本語マニュアルページを表示しようとしてセクション指定オプションなしで man コマンドを実行すると、以下の例に示すように、マニュアルページが表示されません。

例: jconv(3x) の場合


# man jconv
マニュアルには jconv のエントリがありません。

回避方法 : セクション 3x のマニュアルページを表示する場合は、man コマンドの実行時に、-s オプションを使用してセクション名 3x を指定してください。

例: jconv(3x) の場合


% man -s 3x jconv
マニュアルを清書中です。しばらくお待ちください...
ディレクトリ名は 3curses に変わりました

なお、この例で man コマンド実行時に表示される "ディレクトリ名は 3curses に変わりました" というメッセージは、上記のマニュアルページには該当しないので無視してください。
