The default configuration file for logging is conf/log.cfg. This file contains some examples for fine-tuning TLP logging. By default, errors are logged into the log/tlp.log file and rotated when 1 Mbyte of logging data has been recorded. Up to three backup logs are kept. With TLP logging, you can do the following:
Switch on debugging.
Send logs per email.
Record logging in databases.
See the examples in log.cfg for additional ideas. A detailed description of all the logging features is not within the scope of this document.
