Set RECURSIVE_TRIGGERS to false on MSSQL

For version consistency triggers on MSSQL, the property RECURSIVE_TRIGGERS must be set to false, which is the default. If set to true, triggers throw a java.sql.SQLException.

Set this property as follows:
