Data Stream-adapter Provider

You can use the BatchLocalFile OTD to implement the adapter’s data streaming feature. This feature is also available with the FTP and record-processing OTDs. However, the BatchLocalFile OTD is a data stream-adapter provider, while the other two OTDs are only consumers.
